I explain every step in detail in a relaxed setting starting with our first meeting or showing.   The Real Estate market can be very fast paced, and make clients feel stressed.  By discussing the process

beforehand, in the heat of negotiations decisions can be made confidently knowing you will be comfortable with the outcome.

I have an extensive background in marketing & advertising, having worked in the field for about 20 years at companies like Coca Cola and IBM.  I couple this with years of customer service experience in Real Estate. 

My family says this unique blend of skills makes me the "Swiss Army Knife" of Real Estate Agents!
